Need to Change Info?: If you want to change your name, contact email, or the info for children connected in your family: First, sign into the site. Then click on the "My Info" link in the lower left corner of a classroom or other page.
Parent/Guardians ~ Can't see "Parent's Only" information?: You are not SIGNED IN as a parent (with your family account). See next item...
Parent/Guardians ~ Your name isn't listed next to your child on the class list page?: It's because you don't have a family/parent account CONNECTED with that child. You need to make one by following the email you should have received when signing in with a new child account (or use one you already have). Use the form below if you never received one, or can't get it to work.
Fill out this form if:
You can't remember your Sign In information AND
your e-mail address has changed, or
You can't sign in to the site and tried the forgot password link
You need help setting up or connecting a parent/family account
You may need a parent or guardian to help you.
